1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Elite Horizon Services ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this service.
Elite Horizon Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description
Elite Horizon Services provides luxury concierge services including but not limited to:
- Premium airport transfer services
- VIP airport assistance and meet & greet services
- Luxury accommodation arrangements
- Professional security services
- Car and driver services
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate service descriptions, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process: All service bookings must be made through our official platform. Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment processing.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Payment Terms: Full payment or deposit (as specified per service) is required at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.
3.4 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices quoted at the time of booking confirmation will be honored.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before service: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Cancellations made 48-72 hours before service: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service: No refund
4.2 Cancellation by Elite Horizon: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your service, you will receive a full refund or alternative service arrangement at no additional cost.
4.3 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of Elite Horizon Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Treat our staff and service providers with respect and courtesy
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Be present at agreed pickup/service locations at the scheduled time
6. Limitation of Liability
Elite Horizon Services and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use incurred by you or any third party
- Delays or failures caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.)
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Elite Horizon Services platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Elite Horizon Services or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection regulations, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
9.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations.
9.3 Arbitration: If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
